Sleep Well Tonight.

Spike Choker - Topshop
Military Style Coat - Sheinside
Boots - Dr. Martens

Hi everyone, hope you've all had a good weekend ^.^. This is just going to be a quick one from me, because I've been having an ultra lazy Sunday of watching South Park and singing Fightstar in my head (not at the same time!), but now I need to start doing some uni work (wah!). Anyways, as you can see, all the snow and ice has completely gone now, it's started warming up a bit, so I don't have to massively wrap up anymore (still is bloody freezing though!), yay! This coat is pretty much perfect for me right now, it keeps me from feeling the cold too much, and I've been dying for a military-esque coat for ages now, so it's a bit of a win-win!
Ah well, better make a start on that work, meeeeehhhhhhh D:

Jacket - Sheinside
Crystal Collar Shirt - Romwe
Pleated Faux Leather Skirt - Olive Clothing
Boots - Dr Martens

Ahh, this is the last of thee snow we have around here- not that you can call it snow anymore, it's transformed from the soft, powdery loveliness it is when it first falls, to slippery, compacted snow/ice, that's just waiting to trip you up, ergh. And it isn't going away, thanks to the temperature being too cold to melt it, and there being no rain to wash it away (and no snow to fall on top of it!). I'm currently trying to survive the cold with three pairs of tights, and a pair of the thermal socks my Mum got me for Christmas (they were from both my parents, but my Mum definitely picked them, they're such a Mum thing to get, aha ^.^), which you can see just peeking out the top of my docs. It's definitely helping, but I feel like I need a thermal face mask or something, there seems to be loads of icy wind around that hits you in the face from the moment you go outside.. wah D:
Bitching about the impracticalities aside, the snow/ice/frost does look pretty magical though :3
I hope you're all keeping warm as much as you can (and having a great time in the snow, if you have it, ehe ^.^)

I can't do the talk, like they talk on tv.

'And I can't do a love song, like the way it's meant to be.'

'Romeo & Juliet' Tank - MINKPINK via MarketHQ
Split Side Sheer Maxi - Oasap
Flower Crown - DIY
Backpack - Romwe
Moschino Belt - Charity Shop (for £3!)
JC Fredas - Jeffrey Campbell

Okay, so since this tank is called 'Romeo & Juliet', every time I wear it, or even see it in my wardrobe, I find myself singing Romeo & Juliet by Dire Straits all day (/sometimes it can stick in my head for days on end). I'm not complaining though, it is one of the most beautiful songs ever, with an amazing video to match (here's the YouTube link). I mean, there is some of the best walking-in-time-to-music, fake crying, and slow motion head turning that you will ever see in that video (not to mention some of the TIGHTEST pastel pink mens trousers, and questionable dice-rolling techniques, jeez D: ). Perhaps the video does not do the song justice at all, but I kind of really love it, almost as much as the song. Anyway, if you find yourself at a loose end this evening, I definitely suggest spending five minutes having a look/listen ^.^.
Anyway, onto the actual post, and I must apologise for the lack of pictures here, but it's pretty cold outside, so I didn't fancy taking my jacket off for too long, and I didn't like the outfit as much with the jacket on! I did solve the cold leg issue with a pair of leggings and a pair of tights underneath though, so that definitely helped!
Hope you're all well and keeping warm! Love!xx

Hat - Topshop
Cowl-Neck Jumper - Sheinside
Matte Leather-Look Leggings - Oasap
Buckled Shoes - Choies
Buckle Cuff - Romwe

Hi everyone! Hope you're all well ^.^.
First off, I really need to apologise for a bit of silence on my behalf/lack of posting or doing anything over the past few days! I've had a flu-like virus thing for over a week now, I never really get ill, so when I do, it's horrendous, and sticks around for as long as it can ¬.¬.  So I've been pretty much stuck in bed/ on the sofa with a blanket feeling like death warmed up... ergh. I'm on the mend a bit now, and I'm so bored of doing nothing and feeling gross, so I decided to throw some clothes on and start blogging again (as weird as it sounds, I've really missed being able to do it these past few days!). It did help perk me up a bit, though when I looked through the pictures on my laptop, on half the shots I looked half asleep/dead behind the eyes, and on the others I just looked really excited to be outside again (like 'HOLY SHIT AIR AND NATURE AND OUTSIDE, YEAAAH').
So yeah, this is just a cosy outfit to keep me warm, and make me feel a bit more human, aha ^.^. Don't know how I've never had a pair of leather look leggings like this before, they go with so much!
Also apparently it's snowing outside, eee! Have you guys got any snow?

Happy New Year everyone! Sorry it's a bit belated, aha, but I hope you all had a great time on New Year's Eve, and wish you all the best for 2013 :3. Here's what I wore for New Years this year-we were planning on just going out for a few drinks or whatever, but Ella didn't feel great so we all stayed in, had some drinks and watched the new episodes of Trapped In The Closet (23 to 33 I think..?), and it was actually really lovely, and we could see loads of fireworks from the flat at midnight as well :3. How did you guys spend your  New Years?

I also wanted  to ask your opinions on a few things- I don't usually make new year resolutions etc., but I thought that a new year would be a good time to start properly concentrating on blogging and so on! So, I was thinking of branching out on what I post and stuff- like wishlist/must have item posts, make-up reviews etc.? I'm not too sure at the moment, so if you guys have any ideas, or any posts you'd like to see from me, I'd love to know! (Obviously, I'll still be keeping up the outfit posts too ^.^)

And final thing- check out this awesome illustration of me by Joana Neves of Impromptu! I'm so flattered that she wanted to draw me, she's drawn some amazing bloggers, and their pictures are as gorgeous as they are. She also has some of her art on there, with more to come, so I'd love it if you'd check her out, because she's one talented lady, and she's just getting started :3.

(thanks so so much, again!)

Anyway, Happy 2013 Everyone! (I typed 2012 the first time, ergh, this will take some getting used to :| )
