Hello everyone :3 This is just going to be short one, because there's only a couple of pictures here, I got Jay to take them when he left this morning, and I am anxiously awaiting the return of my beloved flatmates (wooo, exciting! ..oh my god as I typed that they came through the door, spooky!). So yeah, here's what I wore today! Nice and simple ^.^
Hope you guys have had a lovely day :3 Love!xx

I Vote For Vodka Tank - MarketHQ
Easy Jean - American Apparel
Hat - Topshop
Boots - Dr. Martens

Hi everyone :3 hope you've all had a good day! Apologies for the terrible title, I've been rushing around all over the place today, so I'm just a bit frazzled and just can't think of anything.. I haven't listened to any music either, so I can't use that for some title inspiration D:. So you have the very imaginative title of  'Today.' for my post of my outfit from today.. ergh, tired brain! The weather's been a bit weird, it can just change from being calm and not too cold to suddenly hammering it down and windy for about two minutes before it stops again.. so I tried to dress to cover all bases- jeans, my heavy men's biker jacket to block out the wind (when I zip it up it's like  my own little cocoon aha :3), and my wide brimmed hat to shield me from the random rain. It was kind of sucessful... at least until the wind got stronger and I had to hold my hat down to stop it blowing away, wah D:.

Babilonia Swim - Lovelysally
Velvet Skirt- Primark
Knitted Overknees - American Apparel
Triple Creepers - Underground

Hi everyone! Did you all have a good Christmas? I hope you did, and that you got everything you wanted and had an awesome dinner :3. I've just been relaxing massively today, because we had the whole family round yesterday, which was a bit hectic! I've just watched Enchanted for the first time, it's such a cute, happy film (and completely different to my usual film choices!), yay for Christmas TV!
Anyway, this is my lazy day outfit ^.^. My lovely Lovelysally Babilonia swim, my cosy AA cable knit socks pulled up as high as they go to keep me warm (which is pretty damn high, considering I'm about 180cm D: ), and my trusty £3 Primark sale skirt. I can't believe this skirt hasn't fallen apart yet, when you consider how much I've worn it, and how much it cost... Now I've said that I'll somehow manage to break/ruin it, sigh.
Anyway, hope you're all having a good Boxing Day/ post Christmas!

Sweater - Choies
Necklace - MarketHQ
Disco Pants - American Apparel
Booties - Oasap

Eee, I had my pre-Christmas haircut today (yay, it was long overdue, I'd only had one so far this year!), and I got my hairdresser to blow dry my hair curly for me, since I'm completely hopeless at it! I'm so happy with how it looks though, even though it's already starting to fall out- my hair is naturally poker straight, it's so boring >:(.  Anyway, seeing as my hair was all nice, I decided to take some photos! I wore this outfit to my sister's tonight- we had a quiet family meal with spaghetti bolognese and The Snowman, which is always good ^.^. This jumper is so warm, I didn't even need a jacket :| (though I haven't been outside much, but when I have I've not even noticed the cold!). I was worried about it being a bit itchy, because I had a hairy jumper like this when I was little that mum always made me wear and I just remember it being THE ITCHIEST THING D:, but it's actually dead cosy, so yay!
Anyway, I'll probably post again before Christmas, but in case I don't catch you, I hope you all have a lovely Christmas, and that you all get everything you want :3
Lots of love!xxx

Bat Country.

Hat - Topshop
Velvet Dress - Choies
Belt - Mum's old one
Boots - Office Sale

Ah, I've wanted a hat like this for so long.. so glad I managed to finally get one! I was trying to describe to Ella what kind of hat I wanted when we went shopping the other day, and we ended up settling on the fact that it was a 'black Indiana Jones hat', so of course we were singing the theme tune as I tried them on... People must have thought we were a bit weird, aha D:. However, I wore that hat back home (because I'm back for Christmas now, eee!) only for my Dad to tell me that it looks more like Freddy Kruger's hat... perhaps not the look I was going for! Not that I wanted to look like Indiana Jones, but I would prefer that to Freddy Kruger... Ah, oh well!
Anyway, how're you all getting along with your Christmas shopping and so on? Hope it's going well/you're nearly done! I only have one left to  buy now, SUCCESS (almost/ kind of!).

Pulmonary Archery.

Hat - Forvert via Zalando
Velvet Varsity Jumper - Romwe
Denim Circle Skirt - American Apparel
Overknees - American Apparel
Velvet Boots - Zign via Zalando

Hi everyone! How have you all been? Today Ella and I went last-minute Christmas shopping.. we didn't get very far, we didn't find anything we wanted, we got lunch (Tampopo, one of my absolute favourites!) and then it just started raining so we got the bus back to the flat, sigh. I did get wrapping paper though, which is a good thing I guess! Ella got new Vans in the Office sale which I'm pretty jealous of though, paha :3.
This is what I wore for our shopping trip, with my huge leather jacket thrown over the top to keep me warm- I ended up being boiling because this jumper is really warm, as are the socks, surprisingly!
Anyway, I'm off to tesco now to go get my fill of frozen christmas party food (yay!) :3

I'll be waiting, with a gun and a pack of sandwiches.

Faux Fur - Borrowed from Mum
Collar - Creepyyeha
Corset - eBay
Metallic Paisley Skirt - Awwdore
Spike Back Boots - Udobuy
Skull Stud Bag - Paul's Boutique

Hi everyone! How's the run up to Christmas going? Hope it's not too stressful, and you've all got everything under control (as much as you can at Christmas, wah!). We've has my Uncle and Auntie from Yorkshire come over for a Pre-Christmas Christmas celebration/catch up, so we had a nice meal yesterday, so I thought I'd dress up!
Since the weather has been so grey and cold recently, I thought I'd dress in a matching palette (not that my wardrobe really extends much further than grey and black, but hey!), which gave  me a chance to try out this beautiful skirt. I've always been a fan of paisley, but the fact it's metallic makes it a bit more festive, in my opinion ^.^. The great thing about this skirt, though, is that instead of an underskirt, it has little shorts, so your modesty is maintained at all times (for example when you drop something and have to swiftly pick it up, but then have to stop half way to the floor as you contemplate whether your skirt will be long enough for you to carry on... it happens, aha!), which is great, as I've taken to sticking my disco shorts on under skirts these days, ha. I threw on a faux fur to keep warm- this one is one my Mum got from M&S a few years back, and I borrow it every year, it's so beautiful (and cosy!). And you can never, ever go wrong with a pair of spiked shoes (;.
Lots of love!x

Parka - Topshop
Snood Thing - Gap
Drapey Top - Romwe
Leggings - Lovelysally
Boots- Dr Martens

Okay, so I caved. I'm dressing for winter. I woke up yesterday morning, looked out of the window to see a thick layer of frost, to which my immediate response was 'fuck that', and I threw on the layers (three pairs of tights under my leggings!) before venturing out. But how beaut are these leggings?! They're from the Lovelysally End Of The World collection, which is fully of beaut pieces, you should definitely check it out (I have another piece too- have a guess what it is (; ).
Oh, and excuse the picture of my scuffed up docs, I wanted to give you guys a better idea of the print and how frosty it was!
Ooh, and if you're interested, I've done anothe AX Paris guest post, which you can find here ^.^. I styled one outfit for Christmas shopping, and another for New Years Eve, so if you're at all interested, have a looksie :3.
How are you guys managing with the cold? Hope you're all warm and cosy and stuff! Love!x

Hair of the Dog.

Studded Varsity Jacket - Calamity
The Birthday Party Tee - Blue Rinse Manchester
Black PU Skater Skirt - Rowme
Thigh High Socks - House Of Holland
Sk8 Hi Reissue - Vans

Arghh, these Vans are the comfiest shoes ever, seriously, it's like wrapping your foot in a pillow (but more practical). I've wanted a pair for years, and I always used to start saving up my money, but before I managed to save up enough, something like Christmas, or a big cluster of birthdays would come along and I'd be back at square one.. so when the opportunity came along to try out these beauties, I jumped at the chance! Can't believe that I've never had a pair before, they've hardly been off my feet since I got them :3.
These thigh highs were one of my recent TK Maxx bargains- I got them for £3, which is pretty good for House of Holland, aha. I was worried that they'd be a bit 'sporty' (ergh, hate that word) for me, but I actually kind of like how they go with my varsity jacket (who knows, one day you might catch me doing some actual sport (so very, VERY unlikely) (; ). I've been dying for a real varsity jacket for so long- I have a couple of silky ones, but I wanted one of the proper, old American style, huge ones. So when I saw this reworked vintage Calamity one (with added studs!), I knew that I had found The One. It's cosy as hell and goes with everything, which is pretty much all you need from a jacket! And as I mentioned yesterday, I'm so happy to finally be reunited with my Birthday Party top :3 aha.
Hope everyone had a good Monday! (As good as a Monday can be, anyway.. ehe) Love!x

Oxblood Love.

Dress - Oh My Love
Hat - Romwe
Jacket - eBay
Heels - Office

Hi everyone! Hope you've all had a good weekend! This is going to be a bit of a short post on my behalf- I'm sat watching Elf (yay Christmas!), aha. Anyway, I'm back home for a little while now, so it's time for my wall to make a return in my pictures (and a debut on my blog, paha). As I'm home, I've been able to pick up a few bits and pieces that I've been dying to get my hands on, since I forgot to take them to uni with me, such as this hat, and my Birthday Party top (which I'm wearing now, so you might see it in a post soon!). As for the dress, I've loved this oxblood colour for such a long time, but I've always been a bit scared about wearing it next to my hair, so I stuck to wearing skirts for a long time. However, when I saw this gorgeous velvet creation from Oh My Love, with lace collar and cuffs, I finally bit the bullet and tried it out. I'm so happy I did, it's absolutely beaut! It's so sweet, so I decided to toughen it up a little with my leather biker and buckled heels, because, well, I don't think I ever really wear anything sweet, aha.
Anyway, hope you're all having a good weekend, lots of love!x
